Membership dollars are used to purchase native plant seeds for outreach events, plants and seeds for demonstration gardens as schools and parks and also for sponsorship of educational projects like the Hometown Habitat, Upper Deleware Bioblitz and Pennsylvania Botany Symposium. Membership dollars pay for the printing and mailing of our annual newsletter and speaker fees at our annual meeting. We hold an annual meeting each year, typically in November featuring various speakers as well as annual elections. VolunteerWe invite you to work with us to forward the PNPS mission. We need volunteers to help with a variety of projects including: developing educational materials and producing our newsletter and organizing our Annual Meeting. There are things that you could help with from home on your computer and opportunities for working with the public at outreach events.
